  1. Bake biscuits according to the directions on the package
  2. Start by cooking the sausage crumbles on medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Occasionally stir the sausage so that it doesn’t burn.
  3. After 5 or 6 minutes add the 1/4 cup of flour and slowly stir in the 2 1/2 cups of milk. Keep stirring until it has a thick gravy consistency and starts to boil
  4. After it starts to boil, take the heat down to medium-low and let it simmer for 2 minutes while stirring constantly. Now’s the time to add your salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove gravy from stove top and add to finished biscuits.
  6. Enjoy!
