Pretzel Peanut Clusters – Easy Crock Pot Recipe
Easy Pretzel Peanut Clusters in the Crock Pot
Great For Holiday Gifts
The holidays are just around the corner. Which means there with be parties and gift exchanges. I am always on the hunt for quick and easy gifts for friends, neighbors and my kids school teachers. And let me tell you this pretzel peanut clusters recipe really couldn’t be any easier. It is a nice change from the holiday cookies or fudge.
Easy Does it in The Crock Pot
My crock-pot becomes my best friend when the weather starts getting cold. I use my crock-pot year round, but definitely more in the winter months. Being able to toss the ingredients in and walk away. Phesh….come on! How can you not be a fan of that? What’s even better is that my kids love to help out and think it’s cool that we can just put the “stuff” in the crock-pot and be done. For the most part.
Super Duper Simple
I love, love, love recipes that only call for a few ingredients. Because most likely I will already have those ingredients on hand in my pantry. Although, I didn’t have all of these on hand this time, I will for sure have them in my pantry for next time. All you need for this pretzel peanut cluster recipe is peanuts, pretzels and chocolate chips!
Make It Your Own
I actually took bits and pieces from other similar recipes and made it my own. Most of the recipes I found call for just peanuts, but the hubby wanted pretzels through in the mix. So that is a different variation in this recipe. Along with using dry roasted peanuts instead of raw spanish peanuts. And really the nice thing about a recipe like this is, you can always add or subtract ingredients. Make it your own. You can easily double or triple this pretzel peanut clusters recipe, if you know you will be needing a lot for a party or to give to friends.
These would look super cute in a clear gift bag with a big bow, or in a nice holiday tin. Just make sure they don’t sit out too long or they will start to get soft and stick to each other.
