Super Yummy Rocky Road Fudge Dessert Recipe

This recipe for Rocky Road Fudge is to die for. What could be better than the mix of sweet chocolate and gooey marshmallows? Once I saw a picture of this Rocky Road Fudge on Pinterest, I knew I HAD to make it. The temptation was real and I gave in. Boy, oh boy, am I glad I did. There was no disappointments here. I honestly can’t remember the last time I ate a piece of fudge. But I’m pretty sure it wasn’t as delicious as this Rocky Road Fudge. After I was done making the fudge my kids and I could hardly wait to try it. I am very impatient when it comes to waiting for things like this. The curiosity got the best of me. I cut a piece and wouldn’t you know, IT WASN’T READY! Tasted great, but was a little messy trying to dish up. I let it set in the fridge overnight, and in the morning it perfect.

Great Recipe for Family and Friends

This recipe would make for a great treat to give to neighbors and friends during the holidays. Place some cut up squares of fudge in a clear goodie bag with a cute bow, and what a nice gift that would make. Have a bake sale coming up? Yep, this is sure to be a big hit! I don’t need a special occasion to bake up yummy treats for my family. The time and effort in the kitchen is totally worth it. The look on their faces when they try a new recipe for the first time…priceless. My love for baking and my family, makes every flour spill and every oops, all worth it!

  4. Remove pan from heat and stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow creme until melted.
  5. Stir in vanilla and almonds
  6. QUICKLY stir in 1 cup of frozen marshmallows and pour into prepared pan. *stir as little as possible so marshmallows don't melt*
  7. Sprinkly remaining marshmallows on top.
  8. Cool completely before cutting.
Recipe Notes

I doubled this recipe when I made it and forgot to get a second 9x13 pan ready. It did all fit in the one pan, but it took a lot longer for the fudge to cool completely.
